Technical Selection & Sizing: Analyze customer data sheets, process flow diagrams, and operating conditions to accurately select, size, and configure the right vacuum pumps or industrial equipment.
Proposal Engineering: Prepare detailed technical offers, specifications, and data sheets for the sales team to submit to B2B clients.
Customer Inquiry Assessment: Review incoming technical tenders and inquiries from various industries (Pharma, Chemical, Packaging, Manufacturing) to check for feasibility.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the production and design teams to understand equipment limitations and convey client-customization requirements clearly.
Post-Sales Technical Support: Assist clients and field technicians over phone or email regarding basic installation queries, drawing approvals, and performance parameters.
Database Management: Maintain updated records of standard product catalogs, engineering conversion charts, and historical selection data for quick reference.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education: B.Sc (Physics/Chemistry) or Diploma in a relevant engineering field.
Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in an engineering office, application desk, or technical sales support role. Freshers with strong technical concepts are welcome to apply.
Skills: Strong analytical and mathematical calculation abilities. Understanding of pressure, flow rates, and basic electrical/mechanical properties is essential.
Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel for sizing calculations; basic familiarity with engineering drawings/AutoCAD is an advantage.
Language: Good written English (for formal email communication and technical drafting) and fluent Hindi.
