Service Scheduling & Dispatch: Receive service/breakdown requests from industrial clients and efficiently schedule and dispatch field service technicians to sites across Bhiwandi, Mahad, and nearby industrial hubs.
Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients facing technical issues with their vacuum pumps or industrial machinery; provide regular updates on technician arrival and repair status.
Spares & Quotation Management: Prepare and send commercial quotations to clients for spare parts, accessories, and chargeable repair services. Follow up for formal purchase orders (POs).
Technician Coordination: Monitor the daily schedule, location, and service reports of field engineers to ensure they have the required documentation, tools, and replacement parts before visiting a client site.
Record Keeping & Documentation: Maintain complete logs of service calls, warranty periods, breakdown details, and customer history in the system or ERP software.
Payment & Invoice Follow-up: Coordinate with the accounts team to generate service invoices and follow up with clients for timely payment collections on completed service jobs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education: Graduate (B.Com, B.Sc, BA) or Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. Technical background is a strong advantage.
Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in Service Coordination, Customer Support, or Operations Coordination within an industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environment.
Skills: Excellent telephone etiquette, multitasking ability, basic technical understanding of industrial equipment, and strong problem-solving skills.
Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word is mandatory). Exposure to ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
Language: Fluency in Hindi and English. Ability to speak Marathi is highly preferred for dealing with local factory managers and technicians.
